<ul><li>Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies.</li><li>Lead resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill patients in the Emergency Department (ED).</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and train junior doctors, residents, and emergency medicine staff.</li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary care with surgeons, intensivists, and other specialists.</li><li>Ensure patient safety, high-quality care, and adherence to ED protocols and guidelines.</li><li>Develop and implement emergency care pathways, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Participate in research, publications, and academic teaching in emergency medicine.</li><li>Maintain professional registration, certifications, and continuous medical education.</li><li>Contribute to service planning, hospital policy, and ED strategic development.</li></ul>
