Description

Provide rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with acute, life-threatening conditions and emergencies.
Stabilize and manage patients with a wide range of medical emergencies, including trauma, cardiovascular events, respiratory crises, and acute infections.
Perform emergency procedures and interventions, such as intubation, chest tube insertion, and central line placement.
Make critical decisions regarding patient management, including the need for hospitalization, surgery, or referral to specialists.
Prioritize care based on the severity of conditions, ensuring that the most critical patients receive prompt attention.
Lead and collaborate with the emergency department (ED) team, including nurses, resident doctors, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and surgeons, to coordinate care and treatment plans.
Oversee and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and medical students in emergency medicine practices and procedures.
Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and evolving conditions.
