Job Description

1. Provide expert surgical care for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular conditions, including congenital and acquired heart diseases.

3. Lead and supervise junior surgeons, residents, perfusionists, and surgical team members.
4. Manage pre-operative assessment, intra-operative decision-making, and post-operative critical care.
5. Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and allied specialties for comprehensive patient care.
6. Handle surgical emergencies, including trauma, aortic dissections, and cardiac arrest interventions.
7. Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
8. Maintain accurate surgical documentation, operative notes, and patient records.
