2. Perform complex cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries including bypass, valve repair/replacement, aneurysm repair, and thoracic procedures.
3. Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively, ensuring optimal surgical outcomes.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and intensivists.
5. Monitor patient recovery, manage complications, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
6. Mentor and train junior surgeons, residents, and surgical fellows in operative and perioperative care.
7. Maintain accurate surgical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory protocols.
