<ul><li>Provide comprehensive management of critically ill patients in the ICU.</li><li>Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate care plans with the ICU team.</li><li>Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, central lines, arterial lines, and ventilator management.</li><li>Oversee haemodynamic monitoring and titration of life-support therapies.</li><li>Manage sepsis, shock, multi-organ failure, and other life-threatening conditions.</li><li>Supervise junior doctors, nurses, and allied health staff in critical care practices.</li><li>Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patient families, providing updates and counselling.</li><li>Participate in emergency response teams (Code Blue/RRT) and hospital-wide critical care support.</li></ul>
