<ul><li>Manage and treat critically ill patients in the ICU, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, multi-organ dysfunction, or other life-threatening conditions.</li><li>Perform and supervise invasive procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, mechanical ventilation, dialysis catheter placement, etc.</li><li>Ensure the timely assessment, stabilization, and monitoring of patients.</li><li>Prescribe and adjust treatment plans as per patient progress and clinical outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate with other specialists to provide comprehensive care for complex cases.</li><li>Lead the ICU team, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, in delivering evidence-based care.</li><li>Conduct daily ward rounds, case discussions, and care planning sessions.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop individualized care plans.</li></ul>
