Job Description

1. Provide specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries, including CABG, valve replacements, and congenital heart surgeries.
2. Administer general and regional anesthesia with expertise in cardiopulmonary bypass and advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
3. Manage intraoperative and post-operative cardiac complications in collaboration with surgeons and critical care teams.
4. Perform perioperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and interpret hemodynamic data.
5. Supervise and mentor junior anesthesiologists, residents, and OT staff.
6. Participate in pre-operative assessment, optimization, and post-operative ICU management.
7. Develop and implement evidence-based cardiac anesthesia protocols and patient care pathways.
