<ul><li>Responsible for pre and post operative care of all the cases done in the unit</li><li>Responsible for complete case of I.C.U., participate and report to Sr. Consultant of the Day.</li><li>Be available for emergency calls of the O.T. and the I.C.U</li><li>Lead the teaching and training programs of O.T. Nurses, technicians, I.C.U. staff.</li><li>Ensure complete organization of O.T. list along with the Senior Consultant of the day</li><li>Supervise all nursing/ para-medical &amp; non medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the department as per standard operating procedure.</li><li>Co-ordinate on all matters relating to:</li><li>Provision of infrastructure and maintenance support</li><li>Selection of type and nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured</li><li>Assists the Head of Department/ Medical Director for:</li><li>Special material management requirement</li></ul>
