Community Medicine Doctor

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Cancer Screening Camps:

• Plan, organize, and oversee cancer screening camps in urban and rural areas.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for screenings (e.g., breast, cervical, and oral cancer).

2. Awareness Campaigns:

• Design and execute awareness campaigns for various types of cancer, emphasizing early detection and prevention.
• Develop educational materials (pamphlets, videos, presentations) for community distribution.

3. Clinical Assessments:

• Provide medical advice, basic treatment, and referrals for patients detected with suspicious findings during screenings.
• Collaborate with oncologists for follow-up and treatment plans for diagnosed cases.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Evaluate the impact of community health programs and suggest improvements.
• Document and report key metrics and success stories to stakeholders.

5. Community-Based Research:

• Identify community-specific cancer patterns and risk factors.
• Publish findings to improve cancer care and prevention strategies.

6. Coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams:

• Collaborate with oncologists, public health specialists, nurses, and administrative teams to achieve the foundation’s mission.
• Maintain communication with funding agencies, government bodies, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) partners.

7. Emergency Support:

• Provide on-site support in cases requiring immediate medical attention during outreach events or screenings.
