Description
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of assigned units or departments, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate staffing assignments, patient admissions, and discharges to maintain appropriate patient care levels.
- Monitor patient flow and bed utilization to maximize operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
