Clinical Quality Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clinical procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments to provide continuous improvement feedback and maintain industry compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, guiding them on best practices and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical quality data and metrics for performance evaluation and decision-making.
• Prepare and engage in client audits, including regular mock audits, ensuring preparedness and compliance.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations on quality findings, suggesting enhancement strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing initiatives focused on enhancing quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Communicate quality-related issues and recommendations to stakeholders efficiently.
• Engage in quality-focused training and educational programs for continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• BDS,BAMS, BHMS,BSMS, Pharm D, M.Pharm
• 0-8 years of clinical or healthcare setting experience.
• Profound knowledge of medical terminology and clinical processes.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for complex data handling.
• Willing to work in US Shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) from our office location - Ellipode, Trivandrum
