Description

Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community settings.
Facilitate learning experiences that integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and evidence-based decision-making.
Supervise nursing students in the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to professional standards, ethical principles, and institutional policies.
Provide guidance and feedback to students on their clinical performance, professional conduct, and communication skills.
Assist in the implementation of nursing education curricula, clinical learning objectives, and evaluation methods, aligning with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in the development of clinical rotation schedules, assignments, and educational resources to support student learning.
Assess the clinical competency and performance of nursing students through direct observation, skills assessments, and clinical evaluations.
Collaborate with nursing faculty and clinical preceptors to evaluate student progress, identify learning needs, and develop remediation plans as necessary.
Engage in continuous professional development activities, including participation in nursing education workshops, conferences, and faculty development programs.
Stay updated on current trends, evidence-based practices, and advancements in nursing education and clinical practice.
