Description
- Provide clinical instruction, supervision, and guidance to students during clinical rotations in healthcare settings, ensuring adherence to programmatic objectives, learning outcomes, and professional standards.
- Facilitate clinical learning experiences, including patient assessments, treatments, interventions, and documentation, to help students develop clinical competence and confidence in their respective disciplines.
- Collaborate with academic faculty to develop and implement clinical education curricula, learning objectives, and assessment tools that align with program requirements and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate clinical placements, preceptor assignments, and student schedules in collaboration with clinical partners and healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal learning experiences and student safety.
- Assess student performance and competence through clinical evaluations, skills assessments, case presentations, and other performance measures, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Participate in student advisement, mentoring, and academic support activities, offering guidance on career pathways, professional development opportunities, and licensure/certification requirements.
