Description

Provide clinical instruction, supervision, and guidance to students during clinical rotations in healthcare settings, ensuring adherence to programmatic objectives, learning outcomes, and professional standards.
Facilitate clinical learning experiences, including patient assessments, treatments, interventions, and documentation, to help students develop clinical competence and confidence in their respective disciplines.
Collaborate with academic faculty to develop and implement clinical education curricula, learning objectives, and assessment tools that align with program requirements and accreditation standards.
Coordinate clinical placements, preceptor assignments, and student schedules in collaboration with clinical partners and healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal learning experiences and student safety.
Assess student performance and competence through clinical evaluations, skills assessments, case presentations, and other performance measures, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Participate in student advisement, mentoring, and academic support activities, offering guidance on career pathways, professional development opportunities, and licensure/certification requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student clinical experiences, evaluations, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with programmatic and regulatory requirements.
Engage in professional development activities, including continuing education, research, and scholarly activities, to stay updated on advances in clinical practice, teaching methodologies, and healthcare trends.
