Description
Position Responsibility summary:
- Face to face meeting and counselling with patient.
- Telephonic counseling post written Patient consent to the Patients where face to face counselling is not possible.
- Capturing and reporting in the specified format within the agreed timeframe.
- Also need to keep track of follow up visit.
Qualification & Skills:
- Science Graduate/DMLT/BSC-MLT/ Diploma in Dialysis technician
- Experience in Counselling 0-4 years
- Good communication in local language of respective city and English
- Good counselling and articulation skills
- Compassion and empathy skills required
- Good comprehension skills
- Should know areas of the city
- More patients onboarding through counselling skills
- Ready to travel Out stations as well as within the city
- Should have knowledge about Peritoneal dialysis
