Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to protocols.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and patient experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of skincare products and supplies, Flagging off when the products which below the threshold, coordinating for orders as necessary.

2. Staff Supervision and Training:

• Train, and supervise clinic staff including therapists, receptionists/coordinator, and support personnel.
• Support in performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during clinic hours.

3. Customer/Client Care and Customer Service:

• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by overseeing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Oversee patient scheduling, follow-up, and ensure a seamless patient journey from consultation to post-treatment care.

4. Sales and Revenue:

• Ensure to achieve sales & revenue targets, as set by the company standards.
• Daily Follow-ups for consistent sales.
• Client/Customer Retentions.
• Be abreast with latest technology and offers.
• Maintain record of the sales, revenue and enquiries (Walkins, Social-Media, Ads Leads References etc).
