Description
- Preparation of estimate / costing, BOQ for material & Activities for allotted project.
- Making Rate Analysis for various activities to ensure Project profitability and optimize project cost..
- Preparation of Bar chart for project as well as independent activities & schedule for material accordingly
- Coordinate with consultants for Drawings & details.
- Daily checking of all activities irrespective of correctness & quality as per specifications & tender
- Coordinating with contractor for workmanship & setting out work as per bar chart.
- Checking on site testing like Concrete cube test, slump test, silt test, rolling margin for TMT bars, Density test for piles etc.
