<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of cardiac patients, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status.</li><li>Utilize advanced cardiac monitoring equipment to track patients continuously and recognize changes in their condition promptly.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments, diagnoses, and physician orders.</li><li>Administer medications, intravenous (IV) therapies, and other treatments specific to cardiac care, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.</li><li>Work closely with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients in the CICU.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing insights on patient management and treatment strategies.</li><li>Be prepared to respond to cardiac emergencies, such as arrhythmias or cardiac arrest, by performing advanced life support measures (ACLS).</li><li>Implement rapid interventions for changes in patient condition and communicate promptly with the healthcare team.</li></ul>
