1. Lead and supervise nursing care activities in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).
2. Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients.
3. Operate and manage cardiac monitors, ventilators, and life-support equipment.
4. Interpret ECGs and identify cardiac arrhythmias.
5. Coordinate with cardiologists and intensivists for patient care.
6. Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
7. Assign duties, manage shift rosters, and ensure adequate staffing.
8. Handle cardiac emergencies and code blue situations.
9. Train and guide CICU nursing staff and new joiners.
