Job Description
- Lead and supervise nursing care activities in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).
- Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients.
- Operate and manage cardiac monitors, ventilators, and life-support equipment.
- Interpret ECGs and identify cardiac arrhythmias.
- Coordinate with cardiologists and intensivists for patient care.
- Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
- Assign duties, manage shift rosters, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Handle cardiac emergencies and code blue situations.
- Train and guide CICU nursing staff and new joiners.
