Job Description
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).
- Ensure specialized nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and patient clinical status.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges within the CICU.
- Manage staffing schedules, duty rosters, and unit resources.
- Assist cardiologists during cardiac emergencies and invasive procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
