Description

Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring sound financial planning, reporting, and strategy development.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and resources.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance on financial analysis, reporting, and compliance issues.
Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor financial performance, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards in all financial transactions.
Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, board of directors, and other key stakeholders to guide business decisions.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions to ensure the organization’s financial health and compliance.
Oversee risk management strategies, identifying financial risks and implementing effective mitigation measures.
