Description

Perform routine and specialized chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and validate analytical methods such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration to assess the quality of pharmaceutical products.
Monitor and analyze the stability of products by conducting stability studies, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of test results, including batch records, certificates of analysis, and stability data.
Investigate product defects or discrepancies in quality, implementing corrective actions to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated, properly maintained, and used according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with the production, R&D, and regulatory departments to ensure that products meet the required specifications and regulatory requirements.
Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adherence to product specifications and compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Train junior chemists and staff on laboratory techniques, quality control processes, and safety protocols.
