Description

Conduct chemical and physical analyses of wastewater samples to assess quality parameters, such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, and other relevant parameters.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Mechanical Evaporation Evaporator (MEE) systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements.
Develop and implement process control strategies to maximize efficiency, minimize waste generation, and reduce environmental impact.
Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations in the ETP and MEE systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and regulatory affairs, to implement process improvements, upgrade equipment, and address compliance issues.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the ETP and MEE systems to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of wastewater analyses, process parameters, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Provide technical support and training to operations staff on wastewater treatment processes, chemical handling procedures, and safety protocols.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements related to wastewater treatment and environmental management.
