Description

Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients by assessing their health status, recording symptoms, and administering treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Care Plan Implementation: Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met effectively.
Medical Equipment Use: Operate and monitor medical equipment such as IV pumps, ventilators, and monitors, ensuring proper functioning and patient safety.
Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient care, treatments, and medical histories in medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Emergency Response: Provide immediate care during medical emergencies, including performing CPR, wound care, and other life-saving measures when necessary.
