Description

Procedure Preparation: Prepare the Cath Lab for procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and sterile instruments are ready for use.
Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, throughout the procedure.
Assisting Cardiologists: Assist cardiologists and other specialists during diagnostic and interventional procedures like angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
Radiology Equipment Operation: Operate X-ray, fluoroscopy, and other imaging equipment to provide real-time guidance during procedures.
Sterilization and Infection Control: Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
Documentation: Accurately document patient information, procedural details, imaging results, and any complications during and after the procedure.
Post-Procedure Care: Assist in monitoring patients post-procedure, ensuring they are stable before transferring them to recovery areas.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on Cath Lab equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
Patient Education: Provide patients with instructions on post-procedure care, lifestyle changes, and any precautions to take.
