Casualty Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all non clinical operations of casualty including patient admission, patient discharge, billing, Medico-legal cases.
• Prepare duty roaster of patient coordinators, resident doctors, Casualty medical officers, Security, housekeeping, etc. Manage internal transfers & DAMA. implement NABH Protocols and follow its guidelines. Prepare SOPs. Coordinate with other ancillary departments and ensure Quality Patient Care. prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS and follow the reporting protocols.

Skills:

• Must be well versed with Computers and HIS. Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi Communication both verbal and written, must be able to redress grievances with TAT, must be a team player and be able to groom the team members for optimal patient care and quality services, Must be willing to work in all shifts including night shift. Must deliver results.
