- Attends to patient calls immediately with a zeal to help and always courteous and soft spoken to customers.
- To be able to coordinate with the OP team with an ease to accommodate the patients.
- Adherence to the script / Quality of Calls and Procedures.
- Should be able to understand the patients need and guide them to the right Consultants.
- Have complete knowledge of all units doctors with their specialty and experience to explain to the callers.
- Effectively listens to others and expresses ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Accomplishes all tasks within the proper time frame with 100% call backs.
- Walks the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction over and above the regular call of duty.
- Displays outstanding level of initiative with little or no supervision.
- Performs work without being told and Seeks additional tasks as time permits.
