  • To be able to coordinate with the OP team with an ease to accommodate the patients.
  • Adherence to the script / Quality of Calls and Procedures.
  • Should be able to understand the patients need and guide them to the right Consultants.
  • Have complete knowledge of all units doctors with their specialty and experience to explain to the callers.
  • Effectively listens to others and expresses ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Accomplishes all tasks within the proper time frame with 100% call backs.
  • Walks the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction over and above the regular call of duty.
  • Displays outstanding level of initiative with little or no supervision.
  • Performs work without being told and Seeks additional tasks as time permits.
