Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide accurate product or service information to customers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to higher-level management when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record and update customer information and interactions in the customer database or CRM system.
