Description
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or appointment confirmations.
- Provide accurate information about services, timings, and procedures.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested.
- Maintain call logs and update patient/customer records in the system.
- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
