Description
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Place outbound calls to customers for follow-up, order confirmation, appointment scheduling, or surveys, adhering to established scripts and call guidelines.
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers to promote new products, services, or special offers and generate sales opportunities.
- Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and demonstrate patience and understanding in resolving issues or complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, order tracking, product troubleshooting, and other service-related matters.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation and resolution.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and knowledge resources to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
