Description

  • Creating business strategy and Go To Market plan to achieve business objectives
  1. Creation, Implementation and execution.
  2. Making various tie-ups and collaborations.
  3. Overseeing the marketing function.


 

  • Complete P&L responsibility for the assigned Business Units
  1. As P&L Head, will be responsible for delivering strategy and top & bottom line growth for
  2. Assigned BU.
  3. Tie-ups Local & international to increase patient/ guest inflow.
  4. Devise strategies for executing fiscal procedures for control and effective utilization of physical and financial resources of the wellness centre.


 

  • Guest Relations
  1. Building guest relationship, and maintaining relationship with guests to achieve referral business. Addressing all complaints and issues of the guests.
  2. Organizing and Managing various activities and events at the Center to ensure customer engagement.


 

  • Operations Excellence & Property upkeep
  1. Managing end to end operations of the Center.
  2. Maintaining appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of the property & all equipment and facilities at all times.
  3. Managing budget and monitoring expenditure of the Center as per the assigned budget.
  4. Defining and ensuring compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines, policies
  5. and service standards that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery.
  6. Supervising complete Security, Maintenance and Infrastructure of the Center.


 

  • Manpower Management.
  1. Assuring effective orientation and training for staff.
  2. Ensuring that all team members adhere to the service standards, discipline and procedures.


 

  • An ideal candidate will have the following
  1. 15-20 years of experience esp. in hospitality or healthcare industry.
  2. High analytical skills, business acumen, entrepreneurial, highly customer service & experience orientation, the ability to thrive under pressure, decision making, tech savvy, ability to handle crunch.
  3. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
