Business Development Manager

Job description and Key Deliverables:

• The role requires candidates with a good network of doctors in Hyderabad, Delhi, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Jaipur for patient referral marketing. The candidate should also require experience from a Multi-Specialty Hospitals.
• Have a good network of doctors in Hyderabad, Delhi ,Chandigarh, Bangalore, Jaipur.
• Get good referral patients from doctors.
• Should have a good connect with socially influential people in and around Hyderabad, Delhi ,Chandigarh, Bangalore, Jaipur.
• Act as a single point of contact for all marketing activities of societies/corporates.
• Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure they understand our value proposition.
• Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services.
• Create or increase interest in our service offerings.
• Should generate a maximum number of IPD patients.
• Referral patient generation.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience 2 to 7 years, preferably in hospitals of Hyderabad, Delhi ,Chandigarh, Bangalore, Jaipur.
• Open to a start-up environment.
• Go getter attitude.
• Ability to develop and maintain good public relations.
• Target driven.
• Should be fluency in English & regional language.
• Prepared immediate joiner.
