Job Description

• As the Business Development Manager for Zivia, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and business development activities within your assigned region. 
• You will play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals by leading a dynamic team, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality fertility services. 
  
  Key Responsibilities 
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Zivia IVF clinics within the region. 
• Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and standards. 
• Monitor and optimize clinic efficiency, patient flow, and resource utilization. 
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of healthcare professionals. 
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 
• Provide guidance and support to clinic staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the region. 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. 
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making. 
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high clinical standards. 
• Work closely with medical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
• Address and resolve any issues related to patient satisfaction and service quality. 
• Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring financial sustainability. 
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track clinic performance. 
• Implement cost-effective measures to enhance operational efficiency. 
• Represent Zivia IVF in the local community and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about fertility services.
