Description
- Experience in Sterile Formulation is mandatory.
- Operate and monitor high-pressure and low-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment such as pumps, fans, and compressors.
- Adjust controls and manage boiler output to meet steam or hot water demand while ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Control the fuel, water levels, and steam pressure in boilers to prevent hazards and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers, burners, valves, pumps, and related equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as leaks, abnormal pressure, or fuel-related problems, and initiate repairs as necessary.
- Perform or coordinate repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines to prevent hazards such as fires, explosions, or equipment failure.
- Adhere to relevant environmental, health, and safety standards, including boiler safety regulations, codes, and permits.
- Conduct regular safety checks, including inspecting safety valves, gauges, and safety devices to ensure compliance.
