- Job Title: BMT Staff Nurse

- Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Qualification : GNM / BSc Nursing
- Prepare patients for BMT procedures, including pre-transplant conditioning and counseling
- Administer chemotherapy, immunosuppressants, and supportive medications as per protocols
- Monitor patient vitals, lab results, and clinical status before, during, and after BMT
- Manage post-transplant complications such as infections, GVHD, and cytopenias
- Maintain strict isolation and infection control procedures in transplant units
