Job Description
- Collect blood samples from donors following standard procedures and donor safety protocols.
- Perform blood grouping, cross-matching, and compatibility testing accurately.
- Prepare, label, store, and issue blood and blood components (PRBC, platelets, plasma, etc.).
- Conduct mandatory screening tests for transfusion-transmissible infections (TTIs).
- Maintain proper storage conditions and monitor temperatures of blood storage equipment.
