Description

Design and develop medical devices and equipment, including but not limited to, diagnostic imaging systems, prosthetic devices, and medical implants.
Conduct research and development activities to innovate new technologies and solutions to address healthcare challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, scientists, and other engineers, to conceptualize, design, and prototype medical devices.
Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and regulatory assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools to model and analyze device designs and optimize performance.
Develop and execute test protocols and procedures to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and performance of medical devices and equipment.
Analyze test data, identify design flaws or performance issues, and recommend design modifications or improvements.
Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and regulatory submissions, to support product development and regulatory approval processes.
