- Achieving the highest standards of customers/ patient care.
- Managing internal customer/ external customer relations.
- Development and continuous revision for reception, registration, admission, billing, report delivery and other activities.
- Monitoring and redesigning of systems when required.
- Behavioural development of front office staff.
- Co-ordination with different departments for smooth patient flow.
- Development of internal performance benchmark to monitor customer/ patient care.
- Preparation of complaint handling and patient’s feedback report weekly.
- Co-ordination with accounts department for billing activities of patients.
- Co-ordination with other departments for timely delivery of reports.
- Responsible for cleanliness for security of front office.
- To ensure that all the demographic details of the patient are recorded correctly by the staff at the front office.
- To ensure that all the procedures carried out on the patient are billed for.
- To ensure that all the procedures carried out on the patient are entered in the inpatient file by the nursing staff.
- To do management with the TPA and other panels.
