1. Prepare and generate patient/customer bills accurately and on time.

5. Maintain billing records, receipts, and supporting documents.
6. Explain bills clearly to patients/customers and resolve billing queries.
7. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, GST, and audit requirements.
8. Coordinate with clinical and support departments for billing accuracy.
9. Manage daily cash collection and handover (if applicable).
10. Prepare billing MIS reports and summaries.
