Description

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on contracts or services rendered.
  • Verify billing details such as customer information, product quantities, and pricing.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of invoices to clients and follow up on payment schedules.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and track outstanding payments.
  • Generate receipts and update payment records in the system.
  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies or customer queries related to invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and rectify errors.
  • Issue credit notes or revised invoices when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate billing records, including invoices, receipts, and transaction details.
  • Prepare monthly billing reports and share them with the accounts or finance team.
  • Assist in the preparation of GST, tax returns, or other compliance-related documentation.
