Description
- Process and generate accurate invoices for customers, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with company policies.
- Verify and reconcile billing information, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and payment terms.
- Maintain and update customer billing records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company standards while processing invoices.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collection of dues.
