• Updating customers about latest Product Informations.
• Updating customers Requirements and Issues Solving.
• Regular Follow Up about payments and Order.
• Generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Process payments received from customers through various channels such as checks, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly and effectively.
