Job Description
- Audit hospital/organization bills and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Verify billing against services rendered and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, and suggest corrective actions.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and departments for billing clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance/TPA guidelines, and statutory norms.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing audit reports and MIS.
- Support month-end & year-end reconciliation and audit processes.
- Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
- Assist in process improvements to reduce billing errors.
- Train or guide junior staff on billing and audit procedures.
