Description
- Prepare and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify billing details, including patient/customer information, services rendered, and payment terms.
- Process refunds, credit adjustments, and cancellations as required.
- Collect and process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, online transfers, or insurance claims.
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain records of pending payments and follow up with customers or patients for outstanding dues.
- Assist customers or patients with billing inquiries and payment concerns.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, accounts, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hospital/organizational billing policies.
