Description

  • Identify and contact prospective/ potential clients and develop leads within the client organisation to ensure a thorough follow up.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure further business. Further, collect client feedback for further improvement.
  • Share the requirement with the client for DCGI application/ T-License/ ND IV etc.
  • Follow up with the clients for formulation status, IP availability dates and ensure its collection.
  • Coordinate with the clients to procure standards (WS/ RS/ IS) or assist procurement/ delivery by providing required documentation from QCPL.
  • Periodic update to the client about projects status & query reply to clients in coordination with technical team. Sharing period wise study/ clinical updates.
  • Update finance department the status of each project and study progress.
  • Sharing monitoring visit details and monitors plan/ agenda with technical team.
  • Timely preparation of invoices and sharing with clients and internal Accounts department for records.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing of all hard copies of business agreements, confidentiality agreements, master service agreements and project specific agreements.
