Description
- Assist beneficiaries in completing the enrollment process for the AB-PMJAY scheme, including verifying eligibility criteria, collecting required documents, and entering beneficiary details into the system accurately.
- Provide information and guidance to beneficiaries regarding their entitlements, benefits, and coverage under the AB-PMJAY scheme, addressing their queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other stakeholders to facilitate the provision of healthcare services to beneficiaries, including hospital admissions, diagnostic tests, surgeries, and treatments covered under the scheme.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary enrollment, hospital admissions, treatment details, and other relevant information in compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about the AB-PMJAY scheme, engage with potential beneficiaries, and encourage enrollment in the scheme through community events, health camps, and educational sessions.
