Job Profile: Fresher Doctor - Pune Location
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated fresher doctor who will be responsible for converting leads and inquiries into successful client acquisitions.
This role combines both clinical and business responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to grow within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and convert them into sales through direct and team efforts.
Achieve personal and branch sales targets consistently.
Generate new leads and business opportunities to ensure revenue growth beyond operational break-even.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify, onboard, and support Channel Partners to optimize their performance.
Participate in clinical trials, medical camps, and product demonstrations.
Travel across Maharashtra for hospital visits (government & private), product demos, and networking.
Travel: Frequent travel across Maharashtra is required. All travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Candidate Profile:
Experience:- Freshers are welcome.
Preferred Gender:-Male candidates preferred.
Skills:- Strong communication, willingness to travel, eagerness to learn and explore new opportunities.
Other:- Should be adaptable, proactive, and open to field work.
