Job Title: Hospital Audit Executive

Job Overview:

The Hospital Audit Executive is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies within the hospital setting. This role involves conducting audits to evaluate financial, operational, and clinical processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Qualified candidates will possess a degree in finance or a related field, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Audits:
• Perform audits of financial, operational, and clinical processes to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
• Review documentation and transactions to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis:
• Collect and analyze data related to hospital operations and finances.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and interpret data, identify trends, and assess performance.
• Reporting and Recommendations:
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Present audit results to management and stakeholders, and collaborate on implementing corrective actions.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Assess risks associated with hospital operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Training and Education:
• Provide training to hospital staff on compliance-related matters and audit procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (e.g., B.Com Finance).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
