<ul><li>Assist in administering anesthesia for neurosurgical procedures, including elective and emergency cases.</li><li>Monitor patients intraoperatively using advanced neuro-monitoring techniques (e.g., BIS, ICP, evoked potentials).</li><li>Manage pre-operative evaluation, risk assessment, and optimization of neurosurgical patients.</li><li>Provide post-operative care in the Neuro ICU and manage anesthesia-related complications.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of anesthesia plans, intraoperative events, and recovery progress.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary neurosurgical team discussions and planning.</li><li>Train and supervise junior residents and anesthesia technicians.</li><li>Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety norms.</li></ul>
