<ul><li>Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical procedures (brain, spine, trauma, etc.).</li><li>Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop neuro-specific anesthesia plans.</li><li>Administer and monitor anesthesia during complex neurosurgical operations.</li><li>Use neuro-monitoring techniques such as BIS, SSEP, and MEP where applicable.</li><li>Manage perioperative care and ensure smooth recovery from anesthesia.</li><li>Respond to intraoperative and postoperative complications and emergencies.</li><li>Maintain precise documentation of anesthesia care and patient vitals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons, intensivists, and OR teams.</li></ul>
