Description

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with complex kidney conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Manage dialysis treatments, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, and oversee the initiation and maintenance of renal replacement therapy.
Lead and coordinate the nephrology team, including senior and junior residents, medical students, and nursing staff, ensuring effective management of patient care.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and patient-specific needs.
Provide expert consultation to referring physicians and other healthcare providers regarding nephrology cases and treatment options.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
Oversee and maintain adherence to quality standards and clinical protocols within the nephrology department.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, including performance reviews, outcome analysis, and implementation of best practices.
Mentor and train junior residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals in nephrology, providing guidance and support in clinical skills and knowledge.
